All services are performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Photography is a creative service. While we work closely to your brief, we cannot guarantee specific creative outcomes beyond what was agreed. Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference, where the agreed brief has been met, does not entitle you to a refund.

Copyright in all photographs and video we create remains with Artem Popovich Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
